• 700g / 5.6 cups flour (all purpose)
• 1 tsp yeast
• 1 ½ tsp salt
• 520ml / 17.58oz warm water
METHOD
- Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough. Let it rise for 45 minutes.
- Knead the dough and let rise for 45 minutes. (Hands grease).
- Knead the dough and let rise a third time for 45 minutes. (Hands grease)
- Divide the dough into 3 parts and form buns. Allow rising for 20 minutes.
- Bake for 8 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
