INGREDIENTS
• 700g / 5.6 cups flour (all purpose)
• 1 tsp yeast
• 1 ½ tsp salt
• 520ml / 17.58oz warm water
 
METHOD
  1. Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough. Let it rise for 45 minutes.
  2. Knead the dough and let rise for 45 minutes. (Hands grease).
  3. Knead the dough and let rise a third time for 45 minutes. (Hands grease)
  4. Divide the dough into 3 parts and form buns. Allow rising for 20 minutes.
  5. Bake for 8 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
