Crusty French Baguette Recipe: the secret to have a perfect result!

Here's how to make French Baguettes at home simple step by step instructions from start to finish.
INGREDIENTS

400 g of crisp flour
4 grams of yeast
8 gr salt
295ml of cold water
METHOD
- Dissolve flour, salt, yeast in water and combine with flour.
- Leave covered, 15 minutes. Then mix the dough again and leave for one hour.
- Then gently mix again and leave for another hour ...
- Drizzle the work surface, shake the dough and mix and gently divide it into three parts.
- Roll into balls and let balls stand for 20 minutes.
- Continue the preparation process as in the video.
- Preheat the oven to 240 degrees and only turn on the lower heater and insert a pot of water on the lower surface of the oven, then place the baguettes to bake and turn on the upper heater as well.
