Baked onion patties: the easy and original recipe to try right now

Ingredients:

1 onion

Salt

1 tbsp of vinegar

1 tbsp of oil

500 gr potatoes

1 egg

500 gr minced meat

Parsley

2 tomatoes

Black pepper

Directions:

1. Cut the onion and mix it with salt and vinegar.

2. Grate the potatoes and mix them with egg and salt.

3. Mix chopped tomatoes, minced meat, parsley, salt and black pepper.

4. Assemblate all in a baking tray and bake at 400°F (200°) for 20 minutes.
