Homemade custard: the easy recipe to make it creamy and delicious

Ingredients:
5 egg yolks
100 gr sugar
25 gr corn starch
vanilla (or lemon zest)
332 gr milk
Directions:
1. Heat the milk with the vanilla.
2. Mix the egg yolks well with sugar and starch.
3. Then pour the hot milk, stir and let it thicken over the heat.
4. Cover with cling film and leave to cool in the fridge.
