Red Grapes Yogurt Cheesecake: the delicious recipe without oven

Ingredients:
Base:
100g graham crackers/biscuits
4g (1 tsp) sugar (optional)
42g (3 tbsp) butter, melted.
Filling:
200g cream cheese, room temperature.
60g sugar
100g (1/2 cup) plain yogurt (strain for few hours)
100g (1/2 cup) heavy cream
6g (3 tsp) agar powder
40ml (2½ tbsp) hot boiling water
3 tbsp lemon juice
About 300 - 500 grams of seedless red grapes
Directions:
1. Base: blend the crackers and mix them with sugar and melted butter. Put the mixture into the mold and let it cool.
2. Mix the cheese with sugar, yogurt and heavy cream.
3. Melt the agar powder into the boiling water.
4. Add into the cream and add also the lemon juice.
5. Assemblate the cheesecake with red grapes too and refrigerate for 6 hours.
