Ricotta and chocolate pie: how to prepare this amazing dessert

Ingredients:
for the shortcrust pastry:
300g of flour
a sachet of yeast
150g of butter
80 g of sugar
2 eggs
for the filling:
300g of ricotta
100g of chocolate chips
1 egg
80g of sugar
2 tablespoons of cinnamon
Directions:
1. Mix the flour with butter, sugar and yeast.
2. Then add the eggs and form a homogeneous dough.
3. Roll out 3/4 of the dough in a tart pan.
4. Mix the ricotta with egg, sugar, chocolate chips and cinnamon.
5. Stuff the pastry and cover with the strips.
6. Bake at 180°/356°F for 40 minutes.
