Chocolate and ricotta cake: the bicolour dessert that will drive all gourmands crazy!

The result is just amazing!
INGREDIENTS:
Dough:
• 2 eggs
• ½ cup sugar
• 1 cup sour cream or ricotta
• 1/2 tsp soda
• 1 cup flour
• 2 tbsp butter
• 3 tbsp cocoa
• salt
Filling:
• 500g curd
• ½ cup sugar
• 3 tbsp semolina
• 3 eggs
• 10g vanilla sugar
METHOD:
- Beat eggs with sugar. Add soda to sour cream and mix, add to eggs.
- Add flour, cocoa, salt, butter and stir.
- Mix all the ingredients for the filling and beat with a blender.
- Grease the bottom of the dish with butter. Lay out half of the dough. Put the filling on the dough and put the second part of the dough on top.
- Bake for 40 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
