Italian fried balls: the fluffy and delicious dessert

Ingredients:
400g of flour 00
4 eggs
100g of sugar
80g of butter
10g of vanilla yeast
the zest of a lemon
2 tablespoons of anise
1 sachet of vanillin
sugar to decorate to taste
Preparation:
1. Put flour, butter, eggs and sugar in the mixer bowl.
2. Then add salt, vanilla, yeast, lemon zest and anise.
3. Knead everything and form a homogeneous dough.
4. Form the balls, fry them and pass them in the sugar.
