Honey fritters: the quick and tasty dessert

Ingredients:
1 egg
Olive oil
White wine
Lemon peel
160 gr flour
Seed oil for frying
Honey
water
Preparation:
1. Mix the egg with oil and white wine.
2. Use sterilized half shells for doses.
3. Then add the lemon zest and mix.
4. Add the flour and mix again.
5. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
6. Then form and fry the pancakes.
7. Mix the honey with a glass of water.
8. Dip them in honey and serve.
