Fried sweet masks: the Italian delicious recipe

Ingredients:
250 grams of flour 00
25 grams of granulated sugar
1 sachet of vanillin
a pinch of salt
20 gr of butter
3 egg yolks
15 ml of Rum
90 ml of white wine
icing sugar q.s. to decorate
Preparation:
1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, vanilla and salt.
2. Then add the butter, egg yolks and rum.
3. Stir and add the white wine as well.
4. Form a loaf and let it rest for 30 minutes.
5. Roll out the dough and cut the masks.
6. Fry in hot oil and serve with icing sugar.
