Fried flowers: the sweet recipe to preparare at home!

A delicious treat ready in no-time!

INGREDIENTS
150g flour
1 egg
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp apple vinegar
a pinch of salt
Melted butter
Powdered sugar
Hazelnut cream

METHOD
  1. In a bowl mix together eggs, sugar, oil, vinegar, flour and salt.
  2. Make the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes. Roll it out and make bigger and smaller circles.
  3. Put smaller on top and press it. Fry in the hot oil until golden brown. Add some hazelnut cream and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
