Fried flowers: the sweet recipe to preparare at home!

A delicious treat ready in no-time!
INGREDIENTS
150g flour
1 egg
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp apple vinegar
a pinch of salt
Melted butter
Powdered sugar
Hazelnut cream
METHOD
- In a bowl mix together eggs, sugar, oil, vinegar, flour and salt.
- Make the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes. Roll it out and make bigger and smaller circles.
- Put smaller on top and press it. Fry in the hot oil until golden brown. Add some hazelnut cream and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
