Tangerine brioche: the tasty and fluffy dessert

Ingredients:
5 tangerines
2 eggs
8 gr dry yeast
60 gr sugar
550 gr flour
1 tsp of butter
Hazenult cream to fill
Directions:
Blend the tangerines with eggs, warp a little bit.
Then mix yeast and sugar, add the tangerine mixture and mix well. Add flour and butter. Leave the dough for 1 hour. Then divide it in 9 balls and leave for 1 hour. Fill with hazelnut cream and topping with milk and eggs. Bake at 356°F/180° for 30-40 minutes.
