Orange and ginger jam: the recipe to make it at home

Ingredients:
150 grams of granulated sugar
100 gr of water at room temperature
1 kg of live peeled oranges
1 tsp ground ginger
50 gr. of lemon juice

Directions:
Cut the orange wedges in half. Then put everything in a pan with water, sugar, lemon juice and ginger. Stir and cook for 35/40 minutes.
Fill the sterilized jars, close them and turn them upside down. Let it cool completely.
