Beer chicken stew: the recipe for a simple and delicious meat dish

Ingredients:
1 whole chicken in pieces
Half green bell pepper
Half red bell pepper
2 carrots
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
2 tbsp of flour
3 laurel leaves
1 tsp of rosemary
1 tsp of thyme
1 l of beer
Salt, pepper and oil
Directions:
1. Let fry the chicken for a couple of minutes into a large pan with some olive oil.
2. Once it's golden on both sides, take it off and keep aside.
3. In the same pan add chopped garlic, diced pepper and carrot cut in pieces.
4. Cook the vegetables for 8 to 10 minutes.
5. After that add flour too.
6. Lastly add aromatic herbs.
7. Put the chicken back in the pan, pour the beer and season with salt.
8. When it boils, cover with a lid and cook at low heat.
9. Let cook for 35/40 minutes.
