Cannelloni with meat and bechamel: the recipe for a savory and delicious pasta dish

Ingredients:
- For the pasta:
500 g of pork and beef minced meat
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
80 g of pork liver paté
20 pasta sheets
Tomato sauce
Grated cheese
- For the bechamel:
70 g of butter
70 g of flour
1 l of milk
Salt, pepper and nutmeg
Directions:
1. In a pan fry finely chopped onion with some olive oil.
2. Then add minced meat and season with a pinch of salt.
3. Add paté too.
4. Dip the pasta sheets into hot water for 20 minutes mixing to avoid that they stick to each other.
5. After that place the pasta sheets on a clean cloth and fill them with a spoonful of the meat mix.
6. Close the pasta rolling them.
7. In a baking tray spread a couple of tomato sauce and place the cannelloni close to each others so they make a single layer.
8. Now make the bechamel: in a sauce pan melt some butter, then add flour and mix for 2 or 3 minutes.
9. Then add some warm milk a little bit a the time, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg then mix until you get the texture you like.
10. Cover the cannelloni with bechamel and finish with a layer of grated cheese.
11. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
