The classic recipe for making delicious cannelloni!

INGREDIENTS
Cannelloni
Olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
500g of spinach
1 onion
420g of tomatoes (canned)
420g of cherry tomatoes (canned)
Basil
Salt
520g (2 cups) of ricotta
50g (1/2 cup) of parmesan
1 egg
Dry oregano
140g of mozzarella
Cheese
METHOD
1. Add olive oil and garlic and fry for a few minutes in a pan. Add the spinach and fry until it becomes soft. Remove from heat.
2. In a pan add the olive oil and onion and fry until translucent. Add the tomatoes (canned), and cherry tomatoes (canned). Close with the lid and let it cook for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes add the basil, season with salt, and mix. Remove from heat.
3. In a bowl with ricotta add the parmesan, egg, salt, and pepper and mix with a spatula to combine. Fill the cannelloni with the prepared mixture.
4. Add a few spoons of the tomato sauce to the pan and arrange the cannelloni on top. Cover with the sauce and level it up well. Add the oregano, mozzarella, cheese and parmesan on top.
5. Transfer the cannelloni to the oven and bake at 180°C/360°F for 40 minutes.
6. Serve them after baking and enjoy.
