Pasta nests: an alternative version of a classic dish!

Pasta + meatballs? This dish is so delicious!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
400g of minced meat
1 packet of pasta
1 onion
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp tomato paste
50ml (6 tbsp) olive oil
Garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp chili pepper powder
1/2 tsp chili pepper flakes
1 tsp dried basil
1 liter boiling water
50g shredded mozzarella
METHOD
- In a bowl mix together meat with salt, pepper, onion, and breadcrumbs. Make meatballs.
- In another bowl mix together water, spices, tomato paste, olive oil, garlic, black pepper, and salt.
- Put pasta into the pan, top with meatballs and pour the prepared mixture into it.
- Cover and cook on low heat for 25-30 minutes. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella.
