Pad Thai: the recipe for the tasty and easy noodles

Ingredients:
120 g of noodles
Half a zucchini
Half a carrot
6 prawns or shrimps
Chili powder
1 egg
1 spring onion
1 shallot
Chives
40 g of soy sprouts
20 g of soy sauce
Sunflower seeds oil
Directions:
1. Whisk the egg and fry it in the pan creating a thin omelette.
2. Cut all the vegetables in stripes or dices.
3. When the omelette is ready cut it into stripes too.
4. In the sam pan fry shallot and spring onion. The add carrots and let cook.
6. After some minutes add zucchini too. Let cook until crunchy.
7. Add chopped chives, soy sauce, chili powder, shrimps or prawns and soy sprouts.
8. Lastly, add omelette too.
9. Cook everything for 3 minutes.
10. Cook the noodles in a pan filled with hot boiling water. Let them soak for 4 minutes.
11. When the noodles are ready drain them and add them to the vegetables in the pan. Stir-fry for a minutes.
12. Serve with some more fresh chives on top.
