Blended orange cake: the soft, delicious and fragrant dessert

Ingredients:
400 g of untreated organic oranges with edible peel
120 g of milk
100 g of butter or 80 g of seed oil
3 eggs
190 g of sugar
160 g of flour
100 g of almond flour or white peeled almonds blended
50 g of starch
1 packet of baking powder
Directions:
1. First, wash the oranges and cut them into wedges.
2. Put them in a blender and add milk and melted butter. Mix everything.
3. Then add eggs and sugar.
4. Lastly, add flour, starch and baking powder.
5. Pour the batter in a cake pan (22 cm diameter).
6. Bake at 180 degrees for 50 minutes.
