Corn dogs: the recipe for a tasty and crunchy snack

Ingredients:
150 g of corn flour
100 g of wheat flour
6 hot dogs
10 g of sugar
1 egg
1 tsp of baking soda
1 tsp of paprika
Salt
200 ml of milk
Wheat flour
Directions:
1. In a bowl mix corn flour and wheat flour.
2. Add baking soda, paprika and salt too.
3. Pour in the milk and whisk to blend all the ingredients.
4. Lastly add the egg.
5. Cut the hot dogs in half.
6. Put them on a wooden stick and cover them with wheat flour.
7. The soak them into the batter.
8. Fry them in a large pan filled with boiling oil.
