Potato and bacon filled dumplings: the recipe for a tasty and savory dinner

Ingredients:
3 potatoes
Salt
1 onion
Olive oil
Chili pepper
100 g of bacon
400 g of flour
200 ml of hot water
40 ml of vegetable oil
Directions:
1. First, cut the potatoes in pieces and cook them in salted boiling water.
2. Cut the onion in pieces and let it fry in a saucepan with some olive oil.
3. Add in the chopped chili pepper and the bacon in tiny pieces.
4. Mash the potatoes and add in the bacon and onion mix blending well with a wooden spoon.
5. In a bowl mix flour, hot water and oil with a pinch of salt. Stir with a spoon then knead.
6. Let rest the dough you got covered for 20 minutes.
7. Divide the dough into 11 equal parts.
8. Spread each part with a rolling pin then fill them with the stuffing you made before, taking care to seal the edges.
9. Fry the dumplings in a large amount of boiling oil until they're perfectly golden.
