Ginger bread cookies: the recipe to have them delicious and fragrant

Ingredients:
500 g of flour
80 g of powdered sugar
A pinch of salt
Half a tsp of ginger powder
Half a tsp of cinnamon
A pinch of nutmeg
Half a tsp of cloves
Lemon zest
250 g of butter
80 g of honey or treacle
1 medium egg
Directions:
1. Sift flour and powdered sugar.
2. Add in the lemon zest and a pinch of salt.
3. Add butter and mix it into the powders.
4. Mix ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, honey/treacle and egg.
5. Make a smooth dough and let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
6. Spread the dough and then make the cookies using the cookie cutters you prefer, then let them cool in the fridge again for another 30 minutes.
7. Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes, then decorate the cookies as you like.
