Stress-free bread: the easy recipe for having a high, swollen and soft loaf!

INGREDIENTS

750 ml warm water
10 gr powder yeast
2 tsp of sugar
2 tsp of salt
2 tbsp of oil
1,5 kg (add controlled)
METHOD
- Pour the warm water into a large bowl, add the yeast, sugar, oil and one part of the flour, mix the ingredients, then add the salt and enough flour to make a fine paste.
- Grease a large glass jar, place the dough, cover with transparency and let the dough come over.
- Paint the work surface and re-mix the dough, then put a kitchen cloth in a glass jar, dust it, put the prepared dough in, and whisk it. Allow standing for 45 minutes.
- Take a pan, 26 or 28 gauge, wrap it with a piece of baking paper and put the dough in it that you have re-mixed after it has come into the rag.
- Cover the pan with the lid and bake the bread 180 degrees, 50 minutes, remove the lid after 15 minutes.
- After baking, wrap the bread in a kitchen cloth to cool, and when cool, put the bread with a cloth in a bag and let it stand overnight.
- The day after, you will have perfectly delicious bread.
