Savory pie with vegetable and chicken: a delicious recipe to surprise your guests

Ingredients:
For the filling:
500 g of cabbage
500 g of cabbage
100 g of onions
100 g of carrots
60 ml of vegetable oil
1 teaspoon of salt
Pepper
500 g of chicken breast
For the batter:
3 eggs
Half a teaspoon of salt
100 g of sour cream
100 g of flour
4 g of baking powder
Directions:
1. Finely cut the cabbage and the onions.
2. Grate the carrots.
3. In a sauce pan pour oil and cook the carrots first, then add the onions and lastly the cabbage.
4. Season the vegetables with salt and pepper.
5. Cover and cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
6. In a bowl crack the eggs, add in the salt and the sour cream then mix.
7. Add flour and baking powder to the batter.
8. Cut the chicken breast in little pieces.
9. Pour a thin layer of batter in a tray covered in baking paper.
10. Cover with half of the cooked vegetables.
11. Add the chicken and cover with the vegetables left.
12. Cover with some more batter.
13. Bake at 220 degrees for 20 minutes.
14. Serve cut in squares.
