Dorayaki without scale: the tasty and simple recipe to prepare

Ingredients:
2 eggs
a teaspoon of honey (optional)
100 grams of type 00 flour (1 glass)
a sachet of yeast
50 grams of sugar (1/2 glass)
half a glass of whole milk
Hazelnut cream for filling
Directions:
Beat the eggs with the sugar. Then add flour and milk alternating them.
At this point add a teaspoon of honey and baking powder. Stir until a smooth dough without lumps is obtained.
Let it rest in the fridge for 20 minutes.
Then cook the dorayaki in a hot non-stick pan. Cook and stuff the dorayaki.
