Creamy squares: cold and tasty, ready without bake!

INGREDIENTS

White cream:
500ml (2 cups) milk
12g (3 tsp) sugar
10g (3 tsp) cornstarch
25g (2 tbsp) butter
100g (1 cup) white chocolate
Black cream:
500ml (2 cups) milk
12g (3 tsp) sugar
10g (3 tsp) cornstarch
25g (2 tbsp) butter
100g (1 cup) dark chocolate
10g (4 tsp) cocoa powder
100g (0.4 cup) ladyfingers
Milk
METHOD
- Pour milk into two pans, then add starch and sugar.
- In one pan prepare the white cream by adding white chocolate and butter, while in the other pan prepare the black cream by adding the dark chocolate.
- Cook the creams until they thicken, then leave them to cool and alternately pour one over the other cream.
- Arrange the ladyfingers on the surface and leave the cake in the fridge for 2 hours.
- Turn the cake over, sprinkle with cocoa and enjoy.
