Homemade KIWI JAM: so simple and tasty, you can't do without it! 🥝

INGREDIENTS
1kg of kiwis
2 apples
350g (1 3/4 cups) of sugar
1 lemon (juice)
1 cinnamon stick
METHOD
1. Cut the apples and kiwis into small pieces using a cutting board and knife.
2. Place the fruit, sugar, cinnamon stick, and lemon juice into a large saucepan.
3. Cook for about an hour over medium heat, stirring often, until you achieve a smooth consistency.
4. Remove the cinnamon stick.
5. Pour the jam into a jar, seal it well, and turn it upside down to create a vacuum seal.
