Strawberry mini cheesecake: the best recipe you'll ever eat

Ingredients:
250 gr strawberries
4 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 lemon juice
150 g dry blended biscuits
200 ml whipping cream
500 gr white yogurt
4 sheets of gelatin

Directions:
Cook the strawberries with brown sugar and lemon juice.
In a bowl, whip the cream and add the yogurt. Leave the gelatine in the water for ten minutes, then dissolve it and add the cream.
Assemble the mini cheesecakes and put in the fridge for an hour. Then cover with the strawberry jam.
