Burnt cheesecake: the best cheesecake you will ever tried!

This cheesecake wants to get burnt, loves to crack, and is cooked at a high heat without a water bath!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
650 g (23 oz) cream cheese, room temp.;
4 eggs;
225 g (8 oz) sugar;
30 g (1 oz) flour;
2 cups full-fat cream.
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 220C/430F.
- Cover round cake pan (18cm/7 inches) with butter and cover with a piece of wet parchment paper.
- Start by gradually adding eggs into a large bowl of cream cheese, whisking in-between.
- In a separate bowl combine dry ingredients: flour and sugar.
- Add dry ingredients into the cream mixture and pour full-fat cream in.
- Whisk for the last time until smooth and pour into prepared pan.
- Bake for 60 minutes, leave to cool down for 2 hours, then transfer into the fridge for 8-12 hours more.
