Fried donut holes skewers: the best dessert you'll ever try!

INGREDIENTS
• 500g flour
• 250ml water
• 1 egg
• 10g dry yeast
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• 60g sunflower oil
 
• Peanut Butter for Roasting
• 6 tbsp granulated sugar
 
• 1 lemon (zest)
 
METHOD
  1. Add the yeast, sugar, egg, water, oil, salt to the flour. Knead. Let rise.
  2. Form balls from the dough. String 4 balls on a skewer. Let rise. Fry in plenty of oil. Roll in sugar. Sprinkle with lemon zest.
