Vanilla cookies without eggs: the recipe to make them perfect

Ingredients:

220 gr flour

90 gr butter

60 gr milk

70 gr sugar

1 pinch of salt

1 vanilla bean

1 teaspoon of baking powder

Directions:

Sift flour, salt and baking powder, add the vanilla bean and mix. Then melt the butter with the sugar and pour into the powders.

Mix well and form a loaf. Roll out and cut the biscuits. Bake at 356°F (180°) for 12-15 minutes.
