Chocolate vanilla bread: a delicious and fluffy dessert, perfect for your breakfast!

Easy to make, but so beautiful. Everyone will be surprised!
INGREDIENTS
300g (2 cups) Flour
10g (2 tsp) Dry yeast
45g (2 1/2 tbsp) Sugar
10g (2 tsp) Vanilla sugar
2g (1/2 tsp) Salt
1 Egg
45g (2 1/2 tbsp) Melted butter
125ml (1/2 cup) Warm milk
Vanilla butter:
30g (2 tbsp) Butter
30g (2 1/2 tbsp) Sugar
Vanilla
Cocoa butter:
30g (2 tbsp) Butter
15g (1 tbsp) Cocoa
Water
Decoration:
Chocolate chips
Sugar

METHOD
METHOD
- In a bowl add flour, dry yeast, vanilla, egg, melted butter and warm milk. Mix it and then knead the dough. Leave it covered to rise.
- Make vanilla butter, mix butter, vanilla and sugar. Repeat the same with cocoa butter.
- Divide the dough into 2 pieces. In one piece add cocoa butter and knead it. Make 4 balls out of cocoa dough and 5 balls out of vanilla dough. Fill the vanilla dough with vanilla butter, close the ball and dip in sugar. Fill the cocoa dough with chocolate chips and dip it in them.
- Place the balls in a pan and cover them to rise. Cover them with whisked egg and bake at 180C for 30 minutes. Serve.
