Chocolate stuffed cookies: the American recipe to make them perfect!

Heaven in every bite, here's how to make them at home!

INGREDIENTS
110g butter
100g powdered sugar
4g (1 tsp) vanilla extract
1 egg
175g (1 ½ cup) flour
15g (1 tbsp) baking soda
15g (1 tbsp) starch
Salt
100g chocolate chips
Hazelnut cream

METHOD
  1. Pour hazelnut cream into the molds and put it in the freezer to harden. Put butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, and egg in a mixing bowl. Stir until combined.
  2. Sift flour, salt, baking soda, and starch. Add to the previously obtained mass and mix well. Add chocolate chips and mix.
  3. Make balls of the obtained mass in which you will insert the obtained tiles of hazelnut cream.
  4. Arrange the balls in a baking tray and bake at 360°F/180°C for 10-12 minutes. Serve.
