Chocolate stuffed cookies: the American recipe to make them perfect!

Heaven in every bite, here's how to make them at home!

110g butter
100g powdered sugar
4g (1 tsp) vanilla extract
1 egg
175g (1 ½ cup) flour
15g (1 tbsp) baking soda
15g (1 tbsp) starch
Salt
100g chocolate chips
Hazelnut cream

METHOD
- Pour hazelnut cream into the molds and put it in the freezer to harden. Put butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, and egg in a mixing bowl. Stir until combined.
- Sift flour, salt, baking soda, and starch. Add to the previously obtained mass and mix well. Add chocolate chips and mix.
- Make balls of the obtained mass in which you will insert the obtained tiles of hazelnut cream.
- Arrange the balls in a baking tray and bake at 360°F/180°C for 10-12 minutes. Serve.
