Kaak, the Arabic bread donuts you'll love

Ingredients:
375 gr flour
7 gr dry yeast
1 tbsp sugar
5 gr salt
125 ml warm milk
125 ml warm water
15 ml oil
Sesame seeds
Directions:
In a bowl mix flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
Then add water, milk and oil. Mix well and form a loaf. Put it in a greased bowl and double it in volume.
Then work it again and let it double again.
Then divide it into 4 parts and form the donuts.
Let it rest for another 1 hour.
Then brush an egg yolk, add the seeds and bake at 450°F (230°) for 15 minutes.
