White zucchini parmigiana: the recipe for a rich and tasty side dish

Ingredients:
1 kg zucchini
200 gr cooked ham
500 ml bechamel
250 gr mozzarella
Parmesan to taste
Salt and pepper
Basil
Eggs and flour for breading
Directions:
Cut the zucchini into more or less thin slices. Pass them in flour and then in eggs, fry them.
Cut the mozzarella and the cooked ham.
At this point, assemble the parmesan by alternating béchamel, zucchini, mozzarella, cooked ham, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and basil. Bake at 356°F (180°) for 20 minutes.
