Coffee cream: the recipe to make it very very mouthwatering

Ingredients:
500 ml of cold cream
60 g of sugar
1 small cup of coffee
13 gr of instant coffee
1 tablespoon of bitter cocoa
2 eggs
Directions:
Dissolve the instant coffee in the restricted one and then add the cocoa.
Separately whip the egg whites and the yolks with the sugar. Add the mixture to the coffee with the yolks and mix well.
Pour the cream and whisk well until foamy. Then add the egg whites and put the mixture in the freezer for 2 hours.
