Mini fried donuts: the recipe to make them fluffy and delicious

Ingredients:
300 gr flour
20 gr sugar
7 gr dry yeast
50 gr butter
130 gr milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
Preparation:
In the mixer insert flour, sugar, yeast, butter, milk, salt and egg.
Work the ingredients until a uniform and homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Let rise until doubled in volume.
Roll out the dough and form the donuts.
Leave them to rest for 15 minutes and fry them in hot oil.
Pass them in sugar and enjoy these delights.
