Italian fluffy brioche: everyone fall in love with this recipe

Ingredients:
500 gr 0 flour
2 medium eggs
250 ml milk
100 gr butter
100 gr sugar
12 gr brewer's yeast
10 g salt
Orange and lemon peel
 
Directions:
In the mixer (but you can also make the dough by hand) pour the milk and add the eggs, sugar and yeast. Stir and then add the citrus peels and then add all the flour. Finally add butter and salt. Let the dough rise until doubled in volume and then divide it into portions of 80gr each. Let rise again and then brush with milk and add the sugar granules. Bake at 350°F (175°) for 12/14 minutes.
