Meatloaf with spices potatoes: a tasty meal rich of flavor

Ingredients:
Meatloaf:
1 kg of ground beef
100/150 gr of breadcrumbs
1 whole egg
150 gr of spreadable fresh cheese
1 tablespoon of coriander
1 teaspoon of sweet paprika
1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
Parsley to taste
Salt and Pepper To Taste
Potatoes:
1kg of already cleaned potatoes
1 rosemary branch
1 tablespoon of paprika
1 tablespoon of turmeric
1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
Extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Boil the potatoes with the rosemary branch, salt and then set them aside.
Spread the minced meat on a sheet of parchment paper and add egg, cheese, coriander, parsley, nutmeg, paprika, salt, pepper and breadcrumbs. Wrap it in parchment paper and place it in a pan with a little oil. Bake at 356°F (180°) for 20 minutes.
Seasoning for potatoes: put oil and spices in a bowl. Mix the potatoes and place them next to the meatloaf, bake for another 40 minutes.
