Meatloaf ball: how to prepare a rich and tasty dinner!

Why didn't we think of this before?
INGREDIENTS
400g ground beef
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 tsp pepper
30g (1/4 cup) Shredded Parmesan
1 egg
10-12 bacon strips
5-6 mozzarella slices
4-5 ham slices
METHOD
- In a bowl mix together ground beef with species, Parmesan and egg.
- Make a ball from it and transfer onto the bacon strips, add ham slices and mozzarella slices to it and cover with bacon strips.
- Bake at 180’C (350’F) for about 45 minutes.
