Vanilla brioche: fluffy and yummy

Ingredients:
Dough:
365g all-purpose flour
100g sugar
7g active dry yeast
2tsp vanilla extract
110g lukewarm milk
1 egg
35g orange juice
50g melted butter
Custard or jam
1 beaten egg
Directions:
Dough: mix the dry ingredients and then add milk, eggs, orange juice and melted butter. Shape a dough and let rise until doubled in size.
Then divide the dough into equal portions and let them rest for 30 minutes. Fill them with cream or jam and brush an egg on top. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 11 minutes.
