Homemade Italian pandoro: the easy recipe to make it

Ingredients:
320gr of Manitoba flour
5gr of dry yeast
120gr of Sugar
100 gr flour
3 whole eggs
1 egg yolk
30gr of water
10gr of Honey
150g of Butter
5gr of salt
2 packages of vanillin
Peel of a grated lemon
Directions:
In a bowl put 60 grams of flour, baking powder and 1 teaspoon sugar. Add the water and let rise until doubled. Then add the mixture to 100 grams of flour and add 30 grams of sugar and an egg. Mix well and form a loaf, let rise for 2 hours.
Then add the remaining flour, sugar, vanillin, an egg, salt, honey and grated lemon peel. While working the dough add the other two eggs and the butter. Put the dough in the pandoro mold and let it rise in the oven off (it will have to reach the edge). Bake at 356°F (180°) for 70 minutes.
