Vegetable bread: the tasty and fluffy recipe

Ingredients:
375g (3cups) of all-purpose flour
6g (2 tsp) dry instant yeast
25g (2 tbsp) of sugar
2.5g (1/2 tsp) of salt
1 large egg, beaten
125ml (1/2 cup) of warm milk
42g (3 tbsp) of softened butter
Vegetable filling:
Stir-fried vegetables of your choice, dry without the liquid (cooked and seasoned)
Scrambled egg from 2 eggs
Toppings:
Shredded cheese + parsley
Egg to apply before baking
Directions:
Dough: in a bowl mix flour, dry yeast, sugar, salt, egg and milk. Then add the butter. Make a uniform dough and cover for one hour. Divide the dough in 8 parts. Spread and fill each one. Place all in a mold and cover for one hour. Topping with egg, cheese and parsley. Bake at 356°F/180° for 25 minutes.
