Swirl black and white bread: fluffy, easy and delicious

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons flour + 4 tablespoons of boiling water
Dough:
375 gr flour
1 teaspoon dry yeast
56 gr sugar
1 pinch of salt
125 ml warm milk
1 egg
42 gr margarine

1 tablespoon of cocoa
1 teaspoon of butter or margarine
1 teaspoon of butter or margarine
Directions:
In a saucepan, mix flour and water, form a thick mixture and set aside.
In a bowl add flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, milk, margarine, egg and the mixture prepared previously. Form a loaf, divide it in two. Integrate cocoa and a tablespoon of butter, let rise until doubled in volume. Make the bread as shown in the video, place it in a plumcake mold and make cuts on the surface. Let the dough rise to doubling and bake at 356°F (180°) for 40 minutes.
