Chocolate scones: the easy recipe to try!

Perfect for breakfast!
INGREDIENTS

250g (2 cups) flour
50g (0.5 cup) cocoa powder
40g (0.3 cup) brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp (6g) baking powder
1/2 tsp (3g) baking soda
1/4 tsp (2g) salt
1 tsp (3g) cinnamon
110g (0.5 cup) softened butter
150g (1 cup) chocolate chips
1 egg
1 tsp (5g) vanilla sugar
180ml (0.75 cup) milk
50g (0.5 cup) dark chocolate melts
METHOD
- Combine flour, brown sugar, cocoa powder, a teaspoon of cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
- Add butter to the mixture and combine with the other ingredients until you get crumbs, then add the chocolate chips. Beat one egg with vanilla sugar and milk. Add to the previously prepared mixture and combine everything into a fine dough.
- Coat your hands with flour, take the dough and transfer to a 25 cm mold, lined with baking paper and arrange, then cut the dough into slices. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and bake at 200 degrees, 18 minutes.
- Serve the cake decorated with melted chocolate.
