published on 27 April, 2017 at 18:16
INGREDIENTS300g flour
100g sugar
1/2 packet of baking powder
100ml milk
1 egg
DIRECTIONS
Mix the flour with the sugar and baking powder. Add a beaten egg and milk. Roll out the dough and use a glass to cut out some circles. Spread a spoonful of hazelnut cream on half of the circles, cover them with the remaining circles. Put some butter in a skillet and let the scones cook over medium/low heat for 5 minutes per side. The baking powder will make the scones nice and fluffy. Dust with some powdered sugar before serving.
