Quick orange cake: the secret to making it aromatic and good!

If you love oranges, you should try this cake right now!

INGREDIENTS
1 orange
200 ml milk (1 cup)
100 ml oil (1/2 cup)
3 eggs
200 g sugar (1 cup)
1/4 tsp salt
100 g flour (0.8 cup)
1 tsp baking powder
Powdered sugar

METHOD
  1. In a bowl mix add chopped orange and pour the milk and oil. Blend with a hand mixer until smooth.
  2. Add in eggs, sugar and salt. Sift in the flour and baking powder.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the baking pan and bake at 180’C (350’F) for 35 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
