Pumpkin fritters: the delicious recipe to try right now

Ingredients:
250 gr of pumpkin
200 grams of flour
1/2 orange peel
30 ml of orange juice
80 grams of sugar
1 egg
8 gr of yeast
seed oil to taste
plain granulated sugar to taste

Directions:
Cut and blend the pumpkin, then mix it with the flour. Then add the orange peel, juice, sugar, egg, yeast and mix. Let it rest for 30 minutes and then fry the pancakes.
Pass them in sugar and serve.
