Chocolate fluffy donut

INGREDIENTS
4 eggs
200g of sugar
100ml Milk
100ml oil
15g (2 tbsp) starch
10g (1 tbsp) vanilla sugar
16g baking powder
25g (3 tbsp) cocoa
300g (4.8 cups) flour (add controlled)
To lubricate the mold:
1 tbsp (15g) butter
For topping:
200g (1 cup) of chocolate
50g (0.5 cup) pistachios
METHOD
- Coat the mold with butter and set aside. Combine eggs and sugar and whisk until you get a fine mixture. Add milk, oil and stir, then sift add starch, baking powder, vanilla sugar and flour and cocoa, mix everything.
- Pour the mixture into a mold and bake at 180 degrees, 30 minutes.
- Leave to cool, then while it is still in the mold, pour milk over it, then take the cake out of the mold and pour over the chocolate and sprinkle with pistachios.
