Chocolate cake with cream: everyone will love this dessert

Ingredients:
Batter:
100 gr flour
100 gr sugar
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 pinch of salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 egg
100 ml milk
1 tablespoon oil
1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
Cream:
200 ml cold whipping cream
80 gr icing sugar
500 gr yogurt
25 gr gelatin
80 ml of water
5 gr vanilla sugar
Directions:
In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa, salt and baking soda.
Separately, mix egg, milk and oil. Combine the two compounds and finally add the apple cider vinegar. Pour the mixture into a mold and bake at 356°F (180°) for 30 minutes.
Cream: whip the cream with the icing sugar. Heat the yogurt and set aside. Then dissolve the gelatin in water.
Combine the vanilla sugar and yogurt with the whipped cream, then add the gelatin. Mix and assemble the cake. Refrigerate overnight.
